Domestic & International Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 -7 days from receipt of the order and confirmation of the payment.

We will notify you via email should we exceed the 5-7 days due to high volumes.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Australian Post will be used as our preferred shipping provider.

Shipping via Australian Post can take 2-5 days depending on location in Australia.

For international shipments the delivery time can be 5 -10 days shipping depending on location.

 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number on the day your package is shipped.

 

Customs, duties, and taxes

KFM Australia is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping is the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

KFM Australia will make every effort to ensure your products are packaged well in order to eliminate any potential for damage.  If you received your order damaged, please contact us to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
